“We have exciting news on the Watson Ranch/Napa Valley Ruins & Gardens Project! The Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of it last week and the City Council will begin considering it next Tuesday. As many of the old-timers remember, the City has been trying to create a “Town Center” at the Ruins since Incorporation (1992) and the pieces are now finally coming together to make it happen. The Project includes a new neighborhood, roads, infrastructure, parks, a community center site & a new school! It is important for the Council to hear resident’s perspectives on this Project, so please join us at 6:30 PM on Tuesday at City Hall.”
